From 28 September to 9 October, Youth Pastor Selom Zokoti from Togo is visiting Germany. Her visit aims to strengthen the Bremen Mission's volunteer programme.

Selom Zokoti is responsible for volunteer services at the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Togo (EEPT). In this role, she accompanies the South-North volunteers on their way to Germany and prepares them for their placements. She also supports the North-South volunteers from Germany during their time in Togo.
During her stay, she is visiting the placements of the South-North volunteers in Germany. This gives her a first-hand impression of how the young people live and work here, what experiences they are having and where they need support. The conversations on site will help to align the preparation and support of future volunteers even more closely with their situation in Germany.
The visit shows how much volunteering thrives on personal encounters. We are very much looking forward to having Selom Zokoti with us.
