The Bremen Mission warmly invites young adults and interested participants on November 22 to the Kino City 46 in Bremen to watch the film “What Remains? – My Year Abroad.”

The film highlights the experiences of young people who have completed a year of voluntary service abroad and shows the lasting impressions and personal developments that emerge from this experience. Following the screening, there will be a discussion with the director, Christian Weinert, and the audience. The goal is to reflect on personal experiences, ask questions, and exchange thoughts on the purpose, opportunities, and challenges of volunteering abroad.

The event is particularly aimed at teenagers and young adults who are considering a year of voluntary service abroad (or have already completed one) and want to share experiences. In addition, the film encourages reflection on intercultural encounters abroad in general.
