On November 30, 2025, a Christmas market will take place in the Bremen district of Horn-Lehe from 12 PM to 7 PM.

The Bremen Mission will be taking part again this year.
We are presenting the topic of “microcredits” using the example of a small loan group of women in Togo who grow ginger. At our stand, visitors can take a quiz about the appearance, cultivation, and use of ginger. There will also be ginger tea and ginger cookies with African spices. In addition, we will have small gift items from Ghana and Togo available.

The proceeds from sales will support projects in West Africa, for example drinking water projects, health centres, as well as the construction and furnishing of primary schools.

In total, more than 40 stands can be found at the Christmas market.
